FPS drops in witcher 3 after reset

Just reset my computer reinstalled drivers and windows updates and the witcher 3 has fps drops constantly. This was not happening before anyone have a fix?

In drivers? Should I set it to max.

Well in Nvidia control panel make sure you are on high/max performance and such, Check your power managment for windows and such. See it it helps

I have an amd gpu. Have it set to max power.

problem is nothing seems to be out of the ordinary in the gameplay just the drops.

Mkay then check your power management and such for windows. Make sure to double check your ingame settings as well! sometimes those can get changed randomly causing the issues.
