Need Help With Computer Suddenly Shuts down

yu_tsuu

The PC shuts down when playing video games, the problem occurs regularly though not always. The problem started since the day i got the PC. The thermals are pretty normal with the GPU averaging about 60 celsius and the CPU 70 celsius. I ran multiple benchmarks stressing the GPU and CPU to their limits for hours yet the PC did not shut down, it happens only during games.
my specs are:
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: RX5700XT MSI MECH
MB: ASROCK B450M-HDV R4.0
RAM: 8*2 ADATA XPG Z1 3200MHZ
PSU: EVGA 700 W1, 80+ WHITE 700W
FULLY DETAILED SPECS: https://filebin.net/zzvsybrbo238qs9r/Report.htm?t=0t2d7yq7

some of the solutions i tried with no avail:
Full disassembly and reassembly for the parts to make sure nothing is loose.
New thermal paste for the cpu...did not help as well.
New cable for the psu.
Tried several operating systems (windows7, 8.1 and now 10).
PLEASE HELP ME PEOPLE
if there are any information about the PC that I forgot to mention just tell me and i will answer

You guys also make use of shortened URLs on videos descriptions.

ALWAYS happens on Far Cry 5 but rarely on witcher 3
never happens on casual games like civilization 6
happened only one time on doom eternal and never again

I think that you should do a reinstall of the OS and the games and also run antivirus scan with MALWARE BYTES

yes those thermals are on games,
the idle thermals are about 35 celsius for the gpu and 40 on the cpu

We can be fine with LMG posting whatever seeing that they are a trustworthy resource. Having people with possible malicious intent posting shortened links is not something we want.

If you have issues with this, you can feel free to DM one of us or LMG staff.

I would like to put blame on your board or psu then. Have you done any overclocking or voltage changes? Clockspeed changes?

Don't. There's no point.

As your Cpu can do a Max Boost of 4.2 Ghz. See if the clock are higher or lower or same when on load. if higher then its overclocking and you can disable it in the bios

Actually nevermind that. Try this first

Run DDU, and reinstall an older version of your gpu drivers.

Its definitely the hardware fault.

Try changing the PSU

some people said that the power supply being 80+ white rated means that it is a bad psu, it might be the reason. I will try a new power supply and update this post if the problem gets resolved. thanks for the help.
