Z490 and I9 10900

Need a quick suggestion on something. I've got Asus Rog z490 gaming motherboard with I9 10900 (non-k). I've observed during gaming and running benchmarks that the cpu doesn't stay around the advertised 5.2 ghz and mostly hovers around 4.6ghz. It occasionally boosts to 5ghz on idle. I'm not sure if I'm leaving any performance on the table or I should change any settings in motherboard. I'm running default bios settings with only xmp enabled.

That's normal. 5.2ghz is 1/2 cores.

Sustained heavier loads is lower like 4.6.
