Hello, is there anyone who is familiar on how to run this script/program on windows 10? I'm not technically inclined to these scripts and if you don't mind, can someone show me a step-by-step procedure on how to execute this? Thank you very much!

Well it says how to install it on the page you linked. Just read the page the instructions are there

Yeah there is, but its too vague. That's why I'm asking a step by step tutorial
