RAM crashing when set to 3600MHz

Solved by Haro,
first of all, make sure they're in slot 2 and 4.
then set the soc to 1.1 and dram to 1.35, go for 3200 with docp enabled and check. if that work.
go for 3600 with docp and check if that's stable.
