Realtek Audio Console Can not connect to RPC service.

I tried downloading the driver on the manufacturers website and it still does not work and I can't find it in the windows settings even though it shows up when I type it in the search bar and it opens, but only gives me the "can not connect to rpc service".

I use a laptop btw. Acer nitro 5.
