Intel dedicated memory upgrade

I on my previous copy of windows 10 , tried giving my intel graphics d memory I managed to get it to 1024mb

 

And yes it helped me to get rid of shuttering issue in gta v

 

I have just installed a new copy of windows 10 pro I upgraded essential softwares and graphics driver

 

I used the same method of going into registry

Creating GMM key and making qword 

Set it to DedicatedSegmentSize to 1024

 

But it didn't worked this time.. 

Please help me for this problem

Can't you just go to BIOS and change it there?

Yes I tried.. But my advanced tab is locked in my bios.. And I can't unlock it
