Radeon RX580 or Vega11 graphics?

Hi guys!

I am hoping to buy myself a gaming pc. I am on a budget so would you recommend an Athlon 220GE CPU with a Radeon RX580 graphics card or a Ryzen 5 3400G and use the integrated graphics? I don’t have enough for the ryzen 5 and the graphics card.
