switch-like clicking noises from pc

nvm its a relay noise from the asus Xonar DX

im conceren for the wellbeing of my pc, its makes switch like clicking noises. ive managed to record a few. 

 

there are somewhat common, but always at either power up / turn off. 

 

ive checked that no cabels are in the way. 

im concern it might be my psu.

 

i dunno what it is.

im scared of it and refuse to use the pc until fixed.

 

Theres somewhat enought clearence between gpu and soundcard. They dont touch i think. 

 

my specs for pc are

i5-7400

Xigmatek frontliner

Asus xonar dx (installed today) 

gtx 1060 from inno 3d.

evga 750w gold (amazon listing)

(specs in profile are another pc at anothet place i live).

Its the sound at 0:08, i didnt click anything other than my startup button at 0:04.

 

please help

heres another encounter:

at 00:19 is the clicking sounds

 

any help will be extremly appriciated. 

 

it could be anything that i said "i dont think its this"...
