No sound/sound tear on game launch

Hi, I had this problem for a while, when i open a game (Minecraft, Satisfactory, any more GPU-demanding game) the sound starts tearing and after the game loads, everything is ok. It only started after I bought and installed my GPU.

 

Specs:
16GB RAM
Intel i3 8100
MSI RTX2060 Super.

 

I heard that this may be caused by RAM shortage, as I don't want to buy new RAM, as I'm wanting to upgrade my processor to Ryzen... Anyone got any solution?
And sorry if I posted this in the wrong thread, I wasn't sure where to post it...
