PSU making static noises

So today I changed my power button cable from the front because it broke now my case is older so to acces the cable I had to dissemble the entire pc. Now when I put it back on it doesn't turn on and the power supply started making static noises.

I do not know any new or old cases that require you to do that

Where did you put the parts on 

Was it on a metal table or anything conductive?

Audio: Logitech G432, Moondrop Starfield, Mic: Razer Siren Mini (White).

 

Phone: Pixel 3a (Purple-ish).

I know this sound stupid but I dissemble it on the carpet and I reassemble it on a wooden table.

Can you maybe try the system with a different PSU ? Maybe a friend's or something

Now I use the PSU on another pc and it function it power the pc on but not the one I repaired
