Help me finish my build

So as a update to my previous post im going to by the mani system at once (gona wait for my graphics i have a bonus coming up so might treat myself)

This will be my first build so be patient with me here everyone

Im in Florida(so you guys know what my shipping area is) And these are on amazon 

so i have in my list

Ryzen 5 3600 with the wraith stealth cooler(is that enough cooling or should i get more later)

ROG Stirx B450-F  ^ combo pack $296.88

Corsair vengence LPX 16GB(2*8)  $73.99

Seagate Baracuda 2Tb 3.5 HDD   Already hade it from my xbox external that never got used

AeroCool cyclone RGB midtower   $47.66

the 3 thing i need help with are 

PSU - I want a good one but i dont need over kill just enough to get a graphics card and not be pushing my luck

Cooler - I'm hoping to be able to use the cooler that comes with the Ryzen 5 but im new so

Graphics card - i want to be able to comfortably play games but not tying to go mad overkill going to using onboard graphics till i get my bonus

Am i doing this right thx Guys

What is your full budget and the remaining budget for the missing parts? 

Im with the mentaility of "IF IM NOT SURE IF ITS ENOUGH COOLING, GO OVERKILL"

CPU             : Ryzen 5 3600 (Formerly Ryzen 3 1200)

GPU             : ASUS RX 580 Dual OC (Formerly ASUS GTX 1060 but it got corroded for some odd reasons)

GPU COOOER      : ID Cooling Frostflow 120 VGA (Stock cooler overheats even when undervolted :()

MOBO            : MSI B350m Bazooka

MEMORY          : Team Group Elite TUF DDR4 3600 Mhz CL 16
STORAGE         : Seagate Baracudda 1TB and Kingston SSD
PSU             : Thermaltake Lite power 550W (Gonna change soon as i dont trust this)
CASE            : Rakk Anyag Frost
CPU COOLER      : ID-Cooling SE 207
CASE FANS       : Mix of ID cooling fans, Corsair fans and Rakk Ounos (planned change to ID Cooling)
DISPLAY         : SpectrePro XTNS24 144hz Curved VA panel
MOUSE           : Logitech G603 Lightspeed
KEYBOARD        : Rakk Lam Ang

HEADSET         : Plantronics RIG 500HD

Kingston Hyper X Stinger

 

and a whole lot of LED everywhere(behind the monitor, behind the desk, behind the shelf of the PC mount and inside the case)

dont really have a max budget just trying to keep it reasonable i get about 125 a week to put in to this so i have enough to buy these parts listed now
