Why is Unturned suffering so much on my PC?

I have installed unturned on my old PC and even though it meets the minimum requirements, it only achieves 2 fps wherever I am. I rock a core 2 duo T7500 running at a whoping 2.2 GHz and MSI afterburner says this is the limiting factor. I have 4 GB de ram an ssd and a powerful gma 965 as my graphics. What is causing so much trouble ?

This is the Intel graphics solution yes? I think a driver issue is possible because this card is so unique.

But it's also ancient, and unturned is a newer game. I don't think your system is fast enough. The system requirements for the game also don't mean anything. A CPU above 2GHz? That's most of every CPU in the past like 20 years.

well, I'm using some modded drivers that helped me solve some issues. What is strange to me is that the gpu wasn't being utilized
