OBS is not working correctly.

Sooooo.... I need help with OBS. I record minecraft only. I upload my videos to YouTube.

This Video is recorded perfectly and as intended:

But this one is not:

The computer I have is running on a CPU and no GPU. The CPU I have is a i5-9400 @2.90 Ghz (not overclocked because I fear overclocking it may damage the CPU)

I also have an issue with OBS that the videos I record are in stretched resolution and I want to fix that. Please help.

You couldn't OC, your CPU is locked (non-K). OCing doesn't by itself damage anything. Doing it wrong might cause issues long term, in short terms CPUs have protective measures in place. You are more likely to damage PC in many other ways than just OCing.

Now to actual issue. We need to know your recording settings. And do you edit your videos before uploading them? The 2nd video has bitrate issue (pixelation/blurryness).

Yes I edit my videos in Vegas Pro/ Shotcut.

As in screenshots?

If yes, here they are: https://prnt.sc/sd0whx AND https://prnt.sc/sd0wpm AND https://prnt.sc/sd0x89

Your bitrate is way too low for 1080p60. Its too low even for streaming that, not to even think about recording/editing. For 720p30 streaming recommended bitrate is 2000-3500kbps. For 1080p60 same would be 4500-9000kbps (Twitch has limit of 6000kbps). Usually those who record/edit use 5x bitrate, like 50Mbps for 1080p60. This, ofc, means that you would need beefy CPU to run game (Minecraft is CPU heavy) and encode.

Thank you, I asked for help on the OBS discord and got my answer, this fix was to record in indistinguishable quality.
