Can a Deepcool Gammaxx 400 V2 keep a 125W FX cool?

Basically title, currently I have a stock Phenom cooler on it and the fan is really loud. I'm running a AMD FX 8350 at stock speeds with no plans to overclock (mid-range mobo), and need something to keep this old chip cool and quiet. Is the Deepcool Gammaxx 400 V2 capable of doing just that? It's rated for 180W which seems like more than enough but I want to be sure.

It will be miles better than the stock cooler. If it performs like the hyper 212 it'll be a good affordable cooler

Yes. Don't look TDPs like they are the factor. Gammaxx 400 is capable to keep much hotter CPUs cool.
