no defendly not ^^

could be that your cpu is twistes in the socket

the leaver must be underbeath the screw

 watch at 2:00 and looks and listen closly

Thank you, i solved it earlier and completed my build. 

 

Oh, and the problem was i wasnt pressing hard enough  (I didnt want to break anything and was scared, this  is my first build)
