Can I use a NVMe SSD in this notebook?

Josysclei

My friend has an Acer F5-573G, 7th gen mobile i7. It has a M.2 port that looks to be NVMe compatible. We couldn't find online precise information if his precise model number could run it or not. By looking at that port, is it safe to say it's compatible with something like this?
https://www.amazon.com/XPG-SX8200-Gen3x4-3000MB-ASX8200PNP-256GT-C/dp/B07K1MDMF3

The port looks like this:

yes, thats an m.2 port, if it fits, it should run, i'm not aware of another device that uses an m.2 port other than an nvme

Sata M.2, but its a slightly different connector. My reasoning is that they wouldn't put a Nvme connector in something that's not compatible with it, but would like a second opinion
