Weird issue with monitors. Pc was working fine and I bought 2 new 25x monitors. But the pc won’t get past the post screen with them plugged in.

it starts up fine with the old

monitors and will run the new ones if plugged in after startup. But won’t start up with them plugged in. 
 

I have tried updating the display port driver. 
Tried running on HDMI, nothing seems to help.
