Acanac ISP any good?

So i came across this ISP and know what their speeds and prices are good and they offer 100% unlimited downloads. but after looking up some reviews they seem to have the worth customer support in the world. So if anyone here has them as an ISP can you please weigh in here because the price is lower and the speeds are higher then what i got not so if they are not that bad I might make the switch.
