System Lag? Need help.

So recently my PC has been having issues, I can browse through google with ease but for some reason now whenever I start up a game no matter what it is, it goes from the normal 144fps down to a steady 60. If I run for instance League of Legends like this for a few games the performance suddenly drops down to a steady 30fps. I'm not exactly sure what is going on, any thoughts? 🤔

Did you set it to 144 Hz in Nvidia Control Panel?

That is definitely a memory leak. How much RAM does your PC have? You should update all of your drivers as memory leaks are often caused by things like outdated network, audio and bluetooth drivers.

Go to the support website for your motherboard. Most drivers can be found there. If you use any additional networking or audio devices (such as USB audio, USB WiFi or Bluetooth dongles, etc...) try and see if they have updated drivers on their support pages.

Update your graphics drivers by going to the website of the manufacturer of your GPU and downloading the latest driver package. (AMD, Nvidia, Intel)
