Apps not loading while on WiFi

As the title says, apps are not loading while I am connected to my home WiFi. They will load while connected to mobile data, and even my school's wifi, but not mine. Some apps that have issues with this are Twitter, LetGo, Youtube Vanced, and Kuroba. My web browser, Chrome, works fine. I can access Twitter through Chrome no problem. Images and icons load just fine there. I've seen this issue on the net in my yet fruitless search, but I haven't been able to fix my particular issue. I've tried resetting the gateway's factory settings, switching from 5G to 2G and then back again, installing Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1 app, forgetting the network, changing the DNS, and even resetting the network settings on my phone. I'm tempted to go so far as factory resetting my phone. This is very frustrating.

I'm using an ISP-provided router and gateway, which are Netgear from what I can tell. Speedtests show that I get the speed that I pay for, ~200Mbps. Is there anything that I can do to mitigate this? I have included a video to illustrate my point: https://streamable.com/gnkob

Check on another device if those same websites don't load when connected to your Wi-Fi. If that's the case, you could sign into your router and check its settings. There's perhaps a filter enabled.
