Ryzen 5 2600x voltage spike

When i use PBO and XFR2 the ryzen 5 2600x the voltage at idle is around 0.8v to 1.45v so would that damage the cpu?

That's normal. The voltage swing is due to the clockspeed differences between idle and boost. There's still stuff to do in the background even if you're not actively using the computer and the OS will pick a core to do that background work.

Also when its underload the voltage will be around 1.35 to 1.41v will that damage my cpu?

No. AMD wouldn't be setting these voltages as the default if it was going to kill CPUs. As long as you can keep the processor cool, it's fine.

I too have a Ryzen 5 2600x and for most of the time it will sit at 0.8 volts at idle with a spike to 1.4V once in awhile. There are many other users reporting the same behavior and stating that this is just what it does. Also there is a Timmy Joe PC Tech video on the 2700x that goes over this a tiny bit.
