Motherboard and ram compatibility

So i want to upgrade my 2x4gb 2666mhz ddr4 ram to 2x8gb 3200mhz ddr4 because my ryzen 5 3600 is having bad performance issues with this slow ram and i want to make sure that the 16gigs will be compatible.

Upgrading from

to

https://www.corsair.com/eu/en/Categories/Products/Memory/VENGEANCE-LPX/p/CMK16GX4M2B3200C16

Motherboard is b450 a pro max , cpu is r5 3600.

Thanks

I don't see any problems replacing it. If you want them to run at 3200 you need to go into the bios and select the right A-XMP configuration.

But I'm not sure you'll notice any major difference in whatever problem you have. If you mean that 8GB is not enough, that's OK, but in terms of speed I know if you use the integrated AMD GPUs it makes a difference but other than that, I'm a bit doubtful it will be worth the change.
