Cooler master master fan don’t work

Hello all ! 
i have an msi b360m (photo) . My Brothers give me a cooler master masterfan 120mm (photo 2 ) for Christmas. I would Like control rgb with mystic light . But when i plug on « rgb » pine, it doesnt Work . Do i need to use « cooler master rgb controller » (photo 3) for control rgb lightning ?

Is the fan powering, but RGB not lighting at all? Are you sure it's connected in a right way?

The ARGB pins have a right and wrong way of plugging them in.  Try just rotating your connector.
