Computer not turning on unless I unplug the power cable and replug

Ok, so I built my computer a few weeks ago, and this problem wasnt a thing until I added the corsair commander pro. Now what happens is if I turn it off, it won't turn on again unless I unplug it and replug it again. One of my cpu radiator fans keeps on spinning, and sometimes my cpu cooler or ram still has the rgb on. Have no idea why, but someone please help me. I dont like having to unplug my computer.

Oh and by the way, my mobo is a asrock taichi z390, i7 9700k, a gtx 1060 6 gb, 16 gb corsair vengence pro 3600 megahertz ram, and 750 watt psu
