All you need is a Ryzen 2600 cpu and a Tomahawk MAX motherobard, Viper Steel 3600 2x8gb ram, cxm 550W psu, cheap keyboard, cheap mouse, cheap ips monitor in any size flavoring your eye likes, cheapest case you can find, rgb lighing is personal preference but should be avoided at all costs! windows 10 can be had for $100 or you use it for free without activacting it.

depends on the geographic area you are in, so you will have to check with the stores in your country.

What I gave you is the "value" setup for gaming. Of course you gotta throw in a gpu, and that will be $300 or so dollars but it all depends on the games you are playing whether they be AAA games, and the settings they are on.
