Can I physically change the keyboard from German layout to US layout on my Lenovo laptop?

I have the right model but I'm unaware if there are other regional differences between these laptops. 

 

This one is also back-lit which mine isn't.

 

 

Currently I have set the layout to US,  but it's a pain because the keys obviously don't match.
