Upgrading motherboard

Hey all,

I bought a pre-built computer from the Aldi (supermarket). It was cheap because they cheaped out on the psu and the motherboard primarily.
Since I had stability issues I already replaced my psu, which did solve those stability issues.
Now, I already had problems with the motherboard before this. The problems being, that the sata connectors are iffy (the hdd just disappears),
and now booting problems as it won't load the operating system from the m.2 SSD.

I only want to replace the motherboard, I found the Asus Prime B360 Plus to be compatible with my processor (i5-8400) and such.

Is it a problem for my windows 10 installment? Can I just move over my stuff from the old motherboard to the new one, without problems, or do I have to do something sketchy?

I did this exact thing about 3 years ago and had my windows deactivate.

I called MS and told them my motherboard had been replaced due to failure and they reactivated it for me.
