External USB drive not showing up

i have this 750gb external drive that i used to store backups, but one day it didnt worked anymore.

 

the disk shows in device manager, but not on the windows explorer or the windows disk manager.
its shows up on a mac but im unable to format it.

i read that it migth be a corrupted partition table but i have no idea on how to fix this, and most solutions i found online required the drive to show up either on the disk manager of 3rd party software (it doesnt show up)
is there anyting i can do? any comand line magic or someting? i have acces to an ubuntu flash drive so linux is an option.

open diskmgmt.msc and screenshoot the partitions.

What is it saying in device manager

that is the name of the drive basically, but it doesnt show up anywhere else.

Try going into drive partitions and see if it shows up there

it doesnt show up there, or in the file explorer, as i said i heart it had to do with the partition table being corrupt
