Aftershot Installer doesn't run | Windows 10

I've been trying to install the Aftershot 3, but when the installer runs the window pops up but it doesn't run and the message in the window is cut off. I tried installing an older copy of Aftershot 2 from a CD and the same issue happened. I also tried resetting windows installer and doing a "keep files" windows install. 

 

I think it might be a registry issue, but if it is I don't really know how to fix it properly.
