FPS Drop

Hi guys, 

I bought a MSI laptop GL63 8RC. It came with 1TB HDD 5400rpm. But I face fps drop when I play games. I have changed all sort of settings to max like power, processor and msi game center. It even lags when i connect to my charger. Also my HDD have 800GB free space. I have installed RB6 in my SSD it works cool without any drops and I play CSGO in my HDD & it's sucks. Do you think is it because of HDD or is there any other solution to overcome this issue? The HDD is in warranty. Help me out. Thanks in advance.
