Does Corsair devices work on USB 3 ?

I got a H115i platinum rgb, a 3 pack of LL120 and a Corsair vengeance rgb.
The RAM reads on Icue at all times. The LL120 and H115i however doesn't read at the same time.
The one connected to the USB2 port on my mobo reads. Isnt there anyway to have them both at the same time ?
I have a Crosshair VII hero btw.

I think they only work on internal 2.0 headers.

My motherboard manual says i have 2 internal 2.0 headers. But only one of them reads on ICue which is really really strange.

see if the device that isnt working works in the other one. Then you can tell if it is the port or the device.

Yes it does. Both connectors work in one of the two USB 2.0 ports. But would it actually be a bad port ? I mean i just got the board like a month ago. Is there any other way i can test that port to see if it works or not ?

Yes both devices work with the working port. Im just suspecting the port is working (since the board is brand new) and something with the devices dont work with it. 

Is there a way to verify that port ?

Plug a front USB header into that port?
