PC gets stuck in black screen

47439294839

Before

So I’ve just built a PC. It turns on and works normally. A few days later I try to turn my PC: the fans are spinning (system fans, the CPU cooler fan and the PSU fan),

the RGB on my motherboard turns on and it starts normally. Then I see the windows loading screen and a few seconds it turns black (after that, it would normally load into the lock screen), but it stays that way.

Troubleshooting

1. I tried turning the PC on and off a couple more times.

2. Then I tried moving the fan headers.

3. I tried moving the PSU cables (the 4+4 EPS cable and the 6 pin PCIe cable (I don’t need more cables and my PSU has only one 24 pin cable (as most PSUs should have))

4. Then I tried putting the RAM (I only have one stick) into other slots

5. Then I formatted the SSD and tried to install Windows 10 again (I tried to install it but failed to because it also got stuck on the loading screen from the Windows 10 installer on the USB drive)

5 Then I ordered new RAM and tested it in all the slots

After all this the same thing still happens.

Please let me know.

Was that build recommended by Satan ?

Did you do a bios update ? You need to do a bios update to use a 9th gen on a b360 motherboard.
