How to recovery a hacked youtube channel

If the channel has been hacked then the owner needs to contact YouTube, only they can recover the channel.

We can't do anything about this.

THE YOUTUBE CHANNEL WAS HACKED YESTERDAY AND GOT SUSPENDED AND TODAY IT online again THE channel names is changed from gamingvlounge to  co action I report the channel spam and contact to the real owner of the channel i am a subscription from over one year to this channel one day back the name of the channel was gamingvlounge and now the name is changed to Co action .

The real owner Tell me that two days back his channel was hacked and suspended and today the channels get back online but the ownership and other account access and setting is changed by the hacker this are my notification gamingvlounge is the real owner of channel you can also check the discord channel name by gamingvlounge and in live stream notification from years ago 
You can also check it on mixer dlive and twitch he live

There is one answer to this, and it's been said twice. We don't have anything to do with YouTube/Google.
