1440p high refresh rate monitor recommendations

Hi all,

I want to get a new 1440p ips monitor for gaming and I am looking for some recommendations.
I was thinking about the asus pg279q but it's 4 years old now and I read alot about it having a realy bad QC
I also saw the lenovo legion y27q-20 but I can't find any real information about it

I am open for suggestions ?

Gigabyte AD27QD- got one myself. They are beautiful !

I second (third) both these. Using an AD27QD, been very happy with it, barring some minor issues with some of the older firmware versions.

My secondary monitor is an S2716DG from Dell. It's a solid option as well, though it does have color banding issues, and is TN, instead of IPS if that's enough of an issue to you.

Personally I am using the Acer Predator XB271HU which is overclockable to 165hz and 1440p. I am no expert with monitors but for my use case it seems perfect, plus it has 4 USB 3.0 ports which comes in handy at times.

Well.. there is no real need for G sync anymore,but this monitor is G sync compatible certified by nVidia so it works flawless.

 

I havent usednthe PG one but I will still recommend the AD27qd
