Software Raid 0 or Hardware Raid 0?

Good day!

I just want to ask which is better software raid 0 or hardware raid 0? My motherboard is ASUS X570 TUF GAMING-Plus. My current setup is a Samsung 850 Evo 250GB for boot drive and a 860 Evo for 500GB steam library. I'm planning to make the Crucial P1 500GB NVME SSD as a boot drive and combine the 250GB 850 evo and the 500GB 860 evo for my steam library.

Probably just pick up a 2TB hard drive and use ssd caching with one of the spare SSDs on it.

StoreMI is free from AMD.
