Graphics card going bad??

Here's a video of what I am seeing when loading up games. Only in the load screens / quick image changes. It displays for a split second then will go away. (This can happen a few times during the loading screen and a few times in game).

 

Card: Gigabyte Arous 1080ti Xtreme edition
Any advice and help would be appreciated.

Update: Tried disabling Discord and Nvidia Overylay. 

I have noticed this issue since I updated my graphics card driver...
