Is it mechanically working? Like it spins up and stuff?

You can try to repair the filesystem with test disk, but that's a whole process you'll have to look into yourself.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

Probably just leave it alone until you can buy a new 2TB drive, then use test disk to transfer the most important stuff
