All you can try to do is use some janky adapters/risers from NVMe M.2 slot to PCIe x16 (which will work at x4, ofc). Other than that, there's nothing that can be done. Damn, even this method is not worth the hassle...

Purify your Windows 10/11, don't give Microsoft anything that you don't want to share.
