Need help with my Gigabyte Vega 56 Gaming OC

Midniteb0ne

Well the tl;dr is this,

The Gigabyte Vega 56 gaming OC is shit, I was dumb to buy it , the vrm is on the back and overheats, the GPU out of the box can't handle the voltages and clockspeeds so it crashes.

Gigabyte released a new bios which fixes many issues, the f5 bios.

Gigabyte provides a tool for flashing the bios, should I use this or ati flash.

It's not going to fix overheating, voltages or anything physical. It probably reduces the to increase stability.

Anyway, I suggest you use the tool they provided. There is zero reason to do anything else.

Gaming Rig:CPU: Xeon E3-1230 v2¦RAM: 16GB DDR3 Balistix 1600Mhz¦MB: MSI Z77A-G43¦HDD: 480GB SSD, 3.5TB HDDs¦GPU: AMD Radeon VII¦PSU: FSP 700W¦Case: Carbide 300R
