Internet quality over ethernet

WickedStarfish

I'm finding that i am getting worse internet quality but better speeds over a wired connection compaired to a wireless one on my xbox one (so the speeds are better but im losing connection with the game servers a lot) i dont know if it is just a now thing with xbox servers as i only set it up 30 minutes ago

was wired worth it (as before i set it up i have having issues with latency/ping in games but now im having trouble connecting to the games {tried 2 games so far})

Wired should not give you any issues what so ever. The problem could be many things... (Router, ISP or bad cable)

Please mention or quote me if you want a response. :)

Are you by any chance using unshielded ethernet cables in very close proximity to power lines in your house?
