Ethernet connection issue

Help!

Turned on my computer (desktop) today and noticed that i was not connected to my internet, i am connected over ethernet directly to the router, windows displays my network as 'Network 4' which it is not the right name and says access type is 'No internet access'. My internet on any other device is working just fine. I attempted to switch ports on my router and its still not working. To rule out ethernet cable not working, connected to the router over ethernet using a laptop and it works just fine. My next thought was my motherboard port, but I checked device manager and its working fine. Hoping someone could help me out

Reinstalled drivers, now working
