Advice for new build

[Liquid Atlas]

Hi everyone, 

Recently my MoBo died so I have to replace some components but I'm no expert in this matter and I could use some help. I need something good for 3D Sculpting and Digital Painting, but if it can handle some gaming too that would be nice. My budget is between 500/600€ and I'm from Italy. The main components I have to replace are the CPU, GPU, MoBo and Ram, I hope I can still use all the others I already have. My pc case is an Itek Case Replay2.0 and I have a 600w techsolo ATX tp-600, both of which I couldn't find on part picker. I might get a second monitor in the future. Thank you in advance
