Need help with retrieving formatted files on Iphone 4

Hey guys and gals just trying to figure out a way to get the files from my broken display Iphone 4 (red and blue lines issue meaning needs a replacement part that is hard to do like 56 steps and $$), and I haven't been able to find anything using recovery software such as Apowerrescue and syncios data recovery. Is my data gone forever? it has been 4 or 5 years since this thing bricked and I've got no recovery outside of the phone itself no icloud sd card or any such niceties. Itunes and direct connecting to computer via usb show nothing. Tapping still works on this Iphone 4 so in my panic I must have hit that format files button that comes up on some iphones when they are soft bricked in an attempt to fix it, thus formatting the files.

 

Does anyone know of any really excellent programs that can get formatted files?

I would Email/send your phone to Louis Rossman or iPad Rehab if you NEED that data
