Please Help with my GTX 1060 in MSI Laptop

Hi guys,

I recently repasted my MSI GS65 Stealth Thin Laptop. After repasting I heard a little explosion (click) and a bit of smoke coming underneat the motherboard. I opened it again and there were absolutely no signs of burn at all.

Now here is the issue: Every other time when I boot the laptop it does not recognize nVidia GTX 1060. So pretty much I have to restart it couple of times until it sees the Video Card. Intel Works fine, but nVidia is displayed as Basic Display Adapter.

However when nVidia is recognized by the laptop it works absolutely like a best (stress tests, games for over 7 hours.)

I already updated the drivers, reset and updated BIOS, repasted it again, update the MB Firmware, Reset the PC.... Nothing helps... Please help, this is irritating lol.

Thank you!

I game... I edit... I work...

And yet there is no perfect laptop for all mentioned above in a small, thin and light form factor...
