PC Upgrade

I'm upgrading to a vega 64 from a rx 480 my 480 was a 2 slot card but the vega 64 is a 2.75 slot card (gigabyte oc). Below my rx 480 is a tp link wifi card and i have no other slots on my micro atx motherboard to use it so i have to resort to using a wifi adapter to be able to make the change to the vega 64. My current wifi card is a TP-LINK TL-WDN4800 N900 Dual Band Wireless PCI Express Adapter, if i got one of these options would i notice a dramatic difference going from a pci card to a usb adapter? I play alot of games online battlefield, the division etc. Thanks
