Audio Help, problem with the driver? [Solved]

Strawberry Jaffacakes

Hey all,

So I just got a computer sent over by my friend, all is working well until it comes to the audio. Most of the time there's no noise at all, though occasionally another friend and I managed to get really loud static, still no working audio (through both headphones and speakers). It's not on mute and I did try turning it off and on again (as my friend suggested.)

I followed and tried out a lot of resources and guides online and still no result, however when it came to me trying to update the drivers it showed the picture attached.

As well as this, the speakers aren't actually appearing as devices, I've tried several different ports (USB speakers) and it's all just static.

I'm very much a noob when it comes to computer related things so really any help is appreciated.

Solved I followed this guide here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/insider/forum/insider_wintp-insider_devices/idt-high-definition-audio-codec-not-working-on/570a5038-e48e-43f3-af75-95da61447c87
