As a simple gamer, what do i get from 7nm gpu?

Hi guys. 

I know the 7nm is a complicated and challengy for the companys

But i see no difference between the amd 7nm and the other cards. 

So can someone tell me the benefits do i get from 7nm as a gamer? And are they worth?

process node is just a name to buyers, until it turns into a product there's no sense in targeting anything.
