Ideas for DIY charging dock for logitech MX AIR?

I recently need a wireless mouse for my pc-tv setup and I found this mouse laying around.

unfortunately I lost the charging dock, so I need to build one. 

Tried connecting the +/- with standard usb charger and it works, now the problem is how to fix the cables to the copper chips at the bottom.

 

coz the base of mouse is so rounded, I have lost ideas to fix the wires in place,

I actually recently bought 2 wireless mice at bestbuy that are 15$ and use just a AA. I use them for a tv pc and a laptop and they work pretty faraway. I'd recommend those

the point is this mouse is able to control in mid air and I already have it.
