hey if i change my fans on my h60 will my temps drop much

amd fx 6300  @4.4ghz @1.4/ga-970a-ud3/HD78702gb /antec 620w psu

Get the nf f12s or corsairs newer pressure series ones.

make sure they get fresh cool air (roof mount)... And not at the rear exhaust.
